We are Amy and Kevin Ross and we are living happily in the lush green Sonoma Valley.
My wife Amy is a feng shui practitioner and received her certification at the Golden Gate School of Feng Shui in California. She is currently the in-house feng shui consultant for Wine Country Party & Events in Sonoma, and is available for Home, Business & Event consultations.
I am a web developer & graphic designer by day and software developer by night who has been banging on the keyboard since the age of 5. I became fascinated by the intricacies of software at an early age, and I set out on a journey to discover "how it all worked".
While Amy was attending her classes we began to speculate about how the process of creating the charts could be improved, while also reducing possible miscalculations. One of the difficult aspects of charting by hand is finding the centroid of a complex shaped house which is usually approximate or intuited by a practitioner. By plotting out the shape of the floor plan in software, we realized that we could get a more accurate metric for the center of the Ba Zhai.
Thus the idea for Twenty-Four Mountains was born.
